Shipping Policy

We deliver across Kenya from our shop in Pangani, Nairobi. We do not ship outside Kenya at the moment. If you are not sure we reach your area, message us on WhatsApp (0726 734 732) before you order.

Our shop is open Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, and we pack orders during those hours. Orders placed through the day are usually packed the same day. Orders that come in after closing, or on a public holiday, are packed when we open next. We will call or message you on the phone number you gave if anything about your order needs checking.

Estimated times, counted from when your order is packed: Nairobi and nearby areas, same day or next day. Other major towns, 1 to 3 working days. Other areas, 3 to 5 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees; traffic, weather and courier delays can add time, and we will keep you updated if something holds your parcel up.

The delivery fee for your order is shown at checkout before you pay, and the amount you see is the amount you pay. Orders with goods worth KSh 4,000 or more are delivered free within Kenya. Discounts and Leaves do not reduce the amount counted towards free delivery.

A rider will call you before arriving, so please keep your phone on. Check that the parcel is sealed and the items are right when you receive it. If you chose cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready or pay by M-Pesa to the rider's instructions.

If nobody is available or the address is wrong, the rider will try to reach you by phone. If delivery still fails, the parcel comes back to us and we will arrange a second delivery with you; a delivery fee may apply for the second attempt. Parcels not claimed after repeated attempts may be cancelled and refunded, less delivery costs already incurred.

If something arrives damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery on 0726 734 732 or at support@najmaorganics.com, with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it. If a parcel is lost on the way, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

You are welcome to visit us at Pangani Chai Road, behind Leadway Petrol Station, Pangani, Nairobi, Kenya, Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm. For a large order, or to make sure we have an item in stock, please message us first.
